Paper Abstract:
|
This paper seeks to investigate the Grenada Internet Exchange Point (IXP) as a catalyst for promoting the Internet EcoSystem in Grenada and the value creation of stakeholders in its development and deployment. As the Internet continues to expand globally questions arise about its actual value and usefulness for social transformation and economic development especially for developing nations. IXPs have been implemented in developing countries to address these concerns. This paper is a subset of a wider study that employs Case Study methodology based on Stakeholder Theory and uses a qualitative approach for data collection to investigate this challenge. |
